1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pacific Report, LLC ("Pacific Report," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our business monitoring services, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and monitoring capabilities. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal through your account settings.

4.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may:

• Retry the payment method on file
• Suspend access to premium features
• Terminate your account after repeated failures

5. Acceptable Use Policy

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused subscription periods.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.

13. Changes to Terms
